GENERAL TERMS

  • By ordering from me, you are accepting the following these terms of service. Ignorance of rules does not exempt you from responsibility.

  • You must be 18 years or older to commission nsfw artwork from me.

  • I receive right to not accept your order without any reason.

  • English is not my native language. Sorry for possible mistakes and misunderstandings, thank you!

  • Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and in this case your commission will be canceled.

  • All prices in USD (EUR -10%)

Payments & REFUNDS

  • Payment via: Boosty | Hipolink | EasyStart

  • Payment only in USD|EUR (-10%)

  • Full payment/pre-payment (if payment plan).

  • Payment must be made within 3 days.

No refunds. Only if I cancel your order due to personal issues, I will provide a full refund. This is the only exception.

Payment Plan

Payment plan can be made by making pre-payment in amount of 30% of the price of order.

  • Max. months for payment plan - 2 months.

  • Pre-payment must be made within 3 days.

  • I start working on artwork after getting FULL amount.

  • Any pre-payments won't be returned!

deadline

Deadline 1 month AFTER sketch has been approved.I start perform commissions in the order of the existing queue on the "upcoming batch"You can ask for all information you need. I will always warn you about any temporary problems that may arise. Please don't rush me if your time hasn't come yet.

I draw:

  • Humans/Humanoid (characters)

  • Anthro/Furry of any species

  • Anatomy as close as possible to realistic

  • SFW and EROTICA

  • Any gender, ANY KIND OF ORIENTATION

  • Fanart

  • UNUSUAL FETISHES, FUTANARI

  • LATEX, BONDAGE, Blood

I don’t draw:

  • Pornography

  • WILD AND EXTREME FETISHES (DISCUSSED IN PERSON)

  • Pedo, incest, cubs and smth similar

  • Sergals/ferals

  • War theme/WEAPONS/MILITARY/ARMOR

  • PREGNANT WOMEN and CHILDREN, GURO

  • SCIFI, MECHA

I can refuse to draw something if I forgot to include it to this list. Anyway, ask if you're questioned!

RIGHTS & PUBLICATION

I retain all commercial rights to any artwork I create.
I will not claim any ownership on any character which isn't of my own creation.You are free to upload any artwork done by me to any website you want as long as credit is given to the author and no profit is being made.
You can't remove my watermark, fully or partially change and redraw my art, print for sale.I have the right to upload the artwork/PSD files and HD versions of your order anywhere l like and use it for prints in artbooks, videos, Patreon and etc.
If you want private artwork you must pay 50% fee of the price of order (please, let me know during the ordering stage before I start work!)I don't do any commercial art.
All commissioned works are not intended for commercial use.

ADDITIONAL CHARGE

Extra versions are possible, price is negotiable.

WORKING PROCESS

  • You will be provided with sketch during the process for your piece, only during the sketch period small edits will be free and accepted.

  • After the sketch was approved further edits will be between $5-$20 depending on complexity. Change color at the flat color stage or if I've made a mistake somewhere - will be free, just tell me!

  • If you want WIP's you can ask me at any time.

  • No changes will be accepted when the finished artwork has been approved!

Artistic freedom is welcome. I'm comfortable with any amount of directions/descriptions, but always remember that if you give me full artistic freedom, you may get very unexpected results!

ADDITIONAL CHARGE

  • Second character +80% of price / you can add my bat character for free.

  • Complex character designs (wings, antlers, multiple arms/heads, big amount of details) - from $5 to $20.

  • Complex clothes, difficult task, extra versions - from $5 to $20.

WORKING PROCESS

  • You will be provided with sketch/sketches during the process for your piece, only during the sketch period edits will be free and accepted.

  • After the sketch was approved further edits will be between $5-$20 depending on complexity. Change color at the flat color stage or if I've made a mistake somewhere - will be free, just tell me!

  • If l make several sketches for your commission, the rejected ones no longer belong to you and I can use them for other commissions or YCH’s.

  • If you want WIP's you can ask me at any time.

  • No changes will be accepted when the finished artwork has been approved!
