By ordering from me you are accepting and acknowledging the following tos. Claiming ignorance is not and will never be taken as an excuse for breaking these rules.

DETAILS

Deadline 3 weeks AFTER sketch has been approved.

ARTWORK

I draw:
• Humans/Humanoid (characters)
• Anthro/Furry of any species.
• Fanart.
• Any gender.
• SFW/NSFW content.
• Blood and violence.I don’t draw:
• Gore, vore, pedo and other excessive fetishes.
• Excessive violence.
• Mecha.

▸ Second character +80% of price / you can add my characters for free.▸ Price may be increased depending on the complexity of the character/outfits from $5 to $20, background from $0-$5/more complexity background from $15.▸ Extra versions are possible, price is negotiable.▸ Artistic freedom is welcome. I'm comfortable with any amount of directions/descriptions, but always remember that if you give me full artistic freedom, you may get very unexpected results!

You will be provided with sketches during the process for your piece, only during the sketch period will edits be free and accepted. After the sketch was approved all further edits will be between $5-$20 depending on complexity.No changes will be accepted after the artwork has been completed!Edits will be free if I MADE a mistake somewhere, like in your character design or forgot some details in the artwork.

Payments/Refunds

▸ Payments via Boosty/Hipolink/EasyBusy.▸ Payment only in USD.▸ Full payment/pre-payment (if payment plan).

No refunds. Only if I cancel your order due to personal issues and am unable to complete your work, I will provide a full refund. This is the only exception.If work has already started and you wish to cancel the commission, you will be sent whatever work I have done at that point.

Payment Plan

Payment plan can be made by making pre-payment in amount of 30% of the price of order.Max. months for payment plan - 2 months.Pre-payment must be made within 3 days.Any pre-payments won't be returned!

RIGHTS AND PUBLICATION

I retain all commercial rights to any artwork I create. Commissions also fall under this policy. I will not claim any ownership on any character which isn't of my own creation.You are free to upload any artwork done by me to any website/social medias you want as long as credit is given. If credit is not given, I may ask for the upload to be taken down or edited to provide it. Credit is not required for using my artwork for icons or profile pictures/avatars.If you don`t want me to publish your artwork (order), a further charge of $20 is required and you must tell me during the ordering stage before I start work!If you want any artwork to be used in a commercial fashion you must ask me first and seek my approval. Not doing so is a breach of these TOS.
